Refund Policy

At Gadgetistan, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It should also include its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included items.

To request a return, email us at contact@gadgetistan.online and include your order number and the reason for the return. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please also include photos.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when you receive it. If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@gadgetistan.online.

Please include photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label if applicable. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Products returned without their original packaging or accessories
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items
• Digital products or downloadable content, if applicable

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our standard return process.
